Description: 

Prototype a semantic information-sharing capability connecting the designated user groups (deployed PSYOP elements, the State Department, Civil Affairs and the Marine Corps) and develop associated training for this capability. 

This capability will be delivered under the auspices of the Tactical Psyop Synchronization System (TPSS) portion of the PSYOP Global Reach (PGR) Advanced Concept Technology Demonstration (ACTD).  The outcome of this effort will establish:

• A functional capability for forward-deployed soldiers and other in-country groups to have rapid access to and sharing ability for information required to perform their tasks most effectively.
• A training program in place to continue extending this capability to additional forces.
