Our ApproachOur approach to intelligence information management is to build from the bottom up, and directly support tactical applications and users. Our semantic wiki provides very high reliability at collection time, when the computer tags the data and conditionally attaches it to a semantic graph. People then decide on the status of these conditional linkages at exploitation time. Because the computer tags the data initially, this approach reduces errors and error propagation to the graph. Our experience indicates that this approach meets the tactical needs and helps detect patterns of events and behaviors. |
